A 63-year-old man is feeling lucky after claiming the top $2 million prize on a $30 "Cash Is King" scratcher that he picked up earlier this month at 108 Liquors in Clarksville.
The joyous player said that he scratched off his instant ticket and noticed that one of the winning numbers was 39, which matched the number with a $2 million top-prize underneath, leaving him elated.
For selling the big winner, the Howard County liquor store will also receive a $2,000 bonus, according to officials.
This is the fourth top-prize winning "Cash Is King" ticket sold since it went on sale in September last year. There is still one $2 million prize available, along with three unclaimed $50,000 and four $10,000 prizes.
